Active since 2018

Bringing a smile,
one hand at a time.

Serve Smile Foundation is a grassroots movement led by Chahat Thakur. From flood relief to festival gifts, from warm meals to warm blankets — we show up for the children and elders who are too often forgotten.

Our Vision

Every child deserves a childhood. Every elder deserves dignity.

We believe change doesn’t always come from big institutions — sometimes it comes from a young woman, a group of friends, and a promise to keep showing up.

Since 2018, Serve Smile Foundation has been on the ground during floods, festivals, and forgotten in-between days — carrying food, gifts, medicine and companionship to those who need it most.

A small contribution from you can bring a big change on someone’s face.

What we do

Founder & Driving Force

Chahat started Serve Smile Foundation in 2018 with a simple idea — show up where nobody else does. What began as one girl handing out food during floods has grown into a community of volunteers who travel villages, orphanages and old-age homes across the region.

She still visits every household herself. She still remembers every grandmother’s name. That’s what makes this foundation different — it’s personal.
